The personal data that NUTRIAM will collect are name, age, address, email, telephone and Federal Taxpayers Registry.

APPLICATION FOR ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT
All your personal data are treated according to the Applicable Legislation in the Country, so we inform our s Clients, Potential Clients and Suppliers who have at all times the right to access the personal data that NUTRIAM possesses and the details of the processing of the same, as well as rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when they prove to be excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their obtaining; and oppose its treatment for the purposes provided in this Privacy Notice, through the NUTRIAM Personal Data Committee, through its email privacy@NUTRIAM.mx or a request submitted on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 16:00 hrs at the NUTRIAM address indicated at the beginning of this Privacy Notice that contains at least the following information:
a) Full name of the data holder.
b) Address of the data owner or email address to communicate response to the request
c) Official documents that prove identity and / or authorization to represent it in the application (Voter Credential in force granted by the National Electoral Institute “INE” or Valid Passport) (Official ID).
d) Description of the personal data on which an ARCO right is intended to be exercised.
e) Any other element that allows the location of personal data and attention to your request.

At any time, customers or potential customers and suppliers may request the revocation of consent, which they have granted for the processing of their personal data, communicating said request to the NUTRIAM Personal Data Committee through their email: privacy@NUTRIAM.mx or a request submitted on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the NUTRIAM address indicated at the beginning of this Privacy notice. In any case, said request must clearly detail the damages for which your consent is revoked.

This privacy notice may be modified from time to time by NUTRIAM. Said modifications will be duly informed through its online portal www.NUTRIAM.mx or any other means of oral, printed or electronic communication that NUTRIAM determines for this purpose.
